Pigment Type Inkjet
Pigment type inkjet ink takes the pigment as the basement. Through grinding, the pigment particle sizes are ground into nanosize an with the support of dispersant and other agent, the pigment particles are evenly dispersed in water or solvent. The advantage of pigment type inkjet ink is that the color fastness and the water-proof ability is much better than disperse dye type inkjet ink, so it is mostly applied for outdoor ad which exposed to air. -
Disperse Dye Inkjet
Disperse dye type inkjet ink is water-soluble ink. The average sizes are around 100-120nm.Since this kind of ink is totally water-soluble, so there will be small probability for stucking the sprayer head if the particle sizes are within standard range. -
Textile Inkjet Ink
The textile inkjet ink is one kind of digital printing ink.The ink is used for printing the designed colors or pictures onto the texitle objects. Usually for this kind of inkjet ink, the raw material will be disperse dye type. The digital textile printing has greatly changed the traditional way of clothes dying and it is becoming a new trend for clothes industry. Accordingly the requirements for better quality inkjet ink will be greatly enhanced. -
Digital Printing Ink
The digital printer has strict requirements for the ink. The viscosity, surface tension, particle size, PH value and electric-conductive rate all must be controlled within certain range. The ink must also have storage stability at both high and low temperature. At the same time, the ink must have good moisture-retain property to avoid the stuck of ink in the sprayer head when machine is shut down. The particle size must be nanosize, otherwise the particle will be stuck in the sprayer head and cause the waste of spray head which is costly.
