Main motor drives the main shaft to operate at high speed. The turbine/disc/pin rotor under the high speed rotation will take the grinding media to move at high speed and form strong impact, abrasion and shear force to the material. Under the function of strong shearing force,the large particle size material will be sufficiently dispersed and ground.
Machine Features
(1) Patent disc and turbine structure rotor, performing nanosize grinding in high efficiency,D90 could reach 80nm;
(2) Double chamber volume selection(500ml and 1L),adapted to different material volume;
(3) Big finish size rang in both nanosize and micronsize;
(4) Multiple application in more than 50 industries;
(5) Rotor material could be ceramic, PU or hard alloy, adapted to different grinding requirements.
(6) Self-control system for pressure and temperature, ensure safe operation of the mill and protect the material;
(7) Pneumatic diaphragm pump, gear pump or peristaltic pump are used for raw material transportation, fitting for different feeding requirements;
(8) PLC system is opetional for easier operation;
(9) Static and dynamic design for optional, adapted to different material requirements.
